Today I decided I would do an Olympic distance Triathlon since my Tri class was canceled.

90 minutes of intense spin with Skinny Danny.

6.2 miles on the track.

40 laps in the pool with two brief stops.

Chillax in the hot tub. :)

It was fun to workout with Rad, even though she made fun of my hammer shorts.  I don't blame her a bit.

The Hammer shorts are ballin first of all. I love mine :) Secondly... Isn't 40 laps more than an Olympic swim?? Over-achiever...

RAD,

HAMMER TIME made my day. I will wear the shorts with pride. They are a little 'loud' for the gym I guess.

Julie,

Chillaxing in the tub is the best. You should totally take that up!

David,

I love my Hammer shorts too... I had two pairs, but I was wearing a pair when I was in my crash. They cut them off my body and I was sad :( Then for some odd reason they tried to give them back to me! I refused the shredded bits of Hammer.

I would have been sad too! They had to cut my hoodie off when I broke my arm :( I guess I can understand why you wouldn't want to be reminded of that day. You could have framed them though.

Just so you know... I was wearing my full Hammer tri shirt and shorts on the spin bike the other day. I felt pretty dang cool... Pretty dang cool...

David,I didn't know you broke you arm! Sometimes it makes you mad when you break something so they just cut your clothes up! Guess it's all done for good reasons. :)

You wore your entire outfit on the bike? Was it out in the open? Hehe, I am silently chuckling to myself. Guess that's pretty dang cool...

Yes ma'am... I broke my arm in Junior High skateboarding. I didn't tell you that?? I was boardsliding a PVC pipe on the grass and fell backwards. I was wearing my new Quicksilver hoodie and the mentioned taking it off normally but I didn't care... At the time.

And yes I did... Tis not the tri season so I figured I would get some use out of it. It was out in the open... I just felt well... Pretty dang cool
