Triathlon day with David :)

Spin class

1 mile swim in 32 minutes

6 miles from Westminster down to Liberty Park.  47 minutes total time.  Legs were hammered by the last mile.

Overall this workout was great!  I want to continue to push my cardiovascular endurance like that.

Beastly workout. I enjoyed it so :) My legs weren't as hammered as yours though. Had I run 6 miles they probably would have been. Soon enough I will be running the whole distance!

Good job today though. You're a beast from the east!

Thank you David, I rather enjoy being a beast! Thank you for giving me the motivation to be more well, beastly.

Nice work lady! You'll be ready for that Ironman next month at this rate!!

Thanks Toby and RAD. Don't know about the Ironman in a month RAD! After that workout I was pretty much dead for the next day and a half. The Ironman is still very unthinkable to me at this time. It is a goal I want to get to though.
