WOW!!! What a great workout! Since I have been cross training I have noticed that my intense workouts are on the slim side. 1.5 hour spin class. 1 mile swim in 30 minutes, yipee! 3 miles on the track at whipping speed for me. I feel good and almost athletic. Thanks for pushing me in the pool RAD, without you I would not have swam. Oh how I need more swimming. *Evening snowshoeing with a friend. Oh my goodness the trail was beautiful at sunset. So peaceful and refreshing. *Evening massage. My therapist took good care of me. 1 hour on my back, one hour on my silly left foot and leg. My foot was soooo tight. I can actually almost walk pain free today. I am going to get a massage at least three times this month to see if the left side of my body will return back to proper stucture.
