I love spinning class! I take cycling from a lady that kicks my trash! It's the kind of workout that leaves you feeling like you just got out of a swimming pool. I enjoy working different muscle groups, and remembering how fast my legs can really go. I recommend cycling to anyone!
I ran 6 miles today, felt weak after my hard workout last night.
PC Day 3/week 3 I am not where I would like to be with this challenge, so I think I will repeat week 3.
Lots of weight reps.
I feel great today! My leg is still acting up. I don't know how long I will be able to run tomorrow. |
