Trying to decide what to do with my running. Go up to the mountains? Hit the TM? This air is terrible! Worst in the nation. So...I went on the TM 5 miles and 2 miles on the track. Pretty sure I have a STRESS FRACTURE in my lower left leg. GGRRRR. I am so frustrated. I am taking the week off from running. Doesn't ever help that I won't slow down for the life of me when I am on the TM. Hopefully I will me ready for next week, but most likely no.
