Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

Trying to decide what to do with my running.  Go up to the mountains?  Hit the TM?  This air is terrible!  Worst in the nation. 

So...I went on the TM 5 miles and 2 miles on the track.   Pretty sure I have a STRESS FRACTURE in my lower left leg. GGRRRR.  I am so frustrated.  I am taking the week off from running. Doesn't ever help that I won't slow down for the life of me when I am on the TM. 

Hopefully I will me ready for next week, but most likely no.

Are you stinkin' kidding me?!? You need to join me Saturday for aqua-jogging!! This is the only good side I can see to your injury :) I certainly hope it's not a SF, but just an injury!! Either way, come to the pool with me - PPLLLLEEEEEAAAASSEEEEE!!!

now how did that start happening? did I miss something? just get off the track, I have been three times in two weeks and I am starting to get injured. Too many laps to make a mile. Hang in there. Try a no-run day....I am....not sure it will last :D.

May be you should do aquajogging, no impact xtraining for a week. Injuries stink!
