Easy 8. Legs still tired and a bit sore from mountain run two days ago.

Included 8 x 100 meter hill sprints. Later: leg, glute, hip exercises with ankle weights.
Long run course, pavement and dirt. Planned to run in the mountains, but motorcycle had a flat tire.
