Went out for a 3 mile speed walk to loosen up the right glute. Ended up with some jogging after 1/2 mile then went to running easy. Got out about 2 1/2 miles and Hooper came by going the opposite direction. Ran with him for about 1 1/2 to 2 miles @ 7:45sh pace. The glute felt pretty good at that pace, glad he came by! Taking it easy over the weekend to get this thing feeling better.
