16.50 miles this morning on the St. George Marathon Course. Ran with the
bull, and bigfoot. They were taking it easy on me today....Started at
the top of Veyo hill and meet up with them 2 3/4 miles down the road.
Averaged 7:23 pace for the run. Last 3 miles were at 6:35/ 6:47/ 6:22
pace. What a beautiful day in St. George! This is the biggest mileage week for me in a very long time. I need to get out and add another 1.35 miles on today sometime to make it and even 70 for the week-

| | 4 easy miles around Bloomington....taking a break for a day or two and then decide if I will run Huff to Bluff Marathon. | Add Comment |
| | Ran the Huff to Bluff Marathon- DNF foot issues would not allow me to concentrate on the run and my pace continued to slow to the point where I know I could finish but I wasn't going to gain anything from sticking it out. |

Ran from home up Dixie Drive to Sunset to Bluff to the Dixie Center to home- 7:49 average pace. Fastest 2 miles were the last two as the legs were actually feeling pretty good at the end. The feet are doing better today, went back to my walk-fit orthotics for saturday and today and they have helped a lot.
Tack on a 26 1/2 Mile bike ride @ 17.9mph
