| | 6.25 miles @ 7:27 average pace. Stiff headwind all the way. Made for a good workout. Ran from Dixie Eye to home by way of Tonaquint Drive- 66 degrees-
Went in for a good massage to workout the left leg....painful but what I needed. My goal for the summer is to get that leg back in shape.

| | Nice morning run- 7:04 average pace for 6 miles. After 2 miles of warmup I ran 1/3 mile repeats trying to maintain between 6:00 and 6:30 pace....accomplished. I love the new Altra One's! I have "happy feet" when I am running. Now I need to see if I have happy feet on a long run.
