WooHoo! Just ran 10 miles. First run over 1 mile in a month. I took it easy with an average pace of 9:16. Hammy is a bit sore....it felt great to feel like a runner again...even though it was slow if was a good feeling. Thanks Mike Warren and William Campbell for making me get out of bed and do something this morning!

This was a great run. I felt normal again, although not in shape. My pace was great as my hammy has released and allowed me to run painfree. 7:24 pace, now I will begin running like I should be, at a slower pace. I don't need to run fast training miles all the time, i have learned that lesson....I hope!

Great run with Dustin, Billy, Cody and Mike on the course. 7:25 pace, just under 2 minutes a mile faster than last Saturday with the same effort and NO PAIN!
