Nice morning run- 7:04 average pace for 6 miles. After 2 miles of warmup I ran 1/3 mile repeats trying to maintain between 6:00 and 6:30 pace....accomplished. I love the new Altra One's! I have "happy feet" when I am running. Now I need to see if I have happy feet on a long run.
