Today on the Parkway was even better than yesterday, what a great morning.  Started at the Botanical Garden and ran west to I-15 and back with Brandon and Ben.  Great run.

Had a wisdom tooth pulled yesterday so it was nice and easy on the Riverdale parkway from the Riverdale City Offices south to the bridge and back with Brandon.  Super nice out tonight.

Warm and very windy this morning.  Ran up Washington Terrace, down Adams Ave. Parkway, along the Riverdale parkway, back over Riverdale Rd. and then up 300 W into Washington Terrace.  Good run, felt ok today.
