8 miles with 5 x 1 mile at 6:00 pace.  I've been working up to that for a couple months.  I did cheat and take an extra minute recovery between each repeat today, but I still did it!

I people shed the pace early in this run to test my fitness level. I did not make it long before I started to fade then by mile 14 my pace was really dropping off so I stopped my watch and went really slow on the last 2 miles

I was feeling a bit beat up after yesterday's run this morning so I started out very slow. As I got going, I started feeling better and better. Right before I started my 7th and last mile I realized I had been getting faster and faster and stilll OM felt really good so I ran the last mile hard and logged a 5:59. That felt good to see that I can still pick up the pace when I'm feeling good.
