| 14 miles with my brother in law up in the mountains above his house in Lindon, UT.
It was really fun taking it easy on the trails with the beautiful fall colors. It was his longest run ever.

| AM. 3 mile hike with the family by Jackson Lake.
PM. 11 miles up Granite Canyon with almost a 2000 ft climb maxing out right about 8000 ft. I was pushing the pace on the way down and took 2 spills, one pretty hard that took a good 10 minutes to shake off.

| 26.2 trail miles on a lot of loose gravel and hilly trails. It was definitely harder and slower than I expected. It was also warmer than I thought it would be as well which added to the difficulty. 4hours 24 minutes

| 24 miles with Blake on our bikes. I've been using my bike trainer but that was my first time out on the roads with my bike in a few years. Blake was in town and his foot is injured so he couldn't run so I dusted off the bike...literally.
In the afternoon I refereed 3 soccer games. Luckily it was the 8 and 9 year olds so I didn't have to run too much because my legs were tired from yesterday's run and this morning's ride.

I bought new tubes yesterday but I forgot to put them in my bike pouch so I'll had to call for a rescue from Dooneforthe second time this week.
