I ran into Joe (predog) in river heights and he was in shorts and a short sleeve shirt. we stopped and communicated by sign language for a minute or two. beautiful day for a run with nice air quality. longest run I have done in a long time. 7'45 pace |

| USU green canyon. clean air. I've decided to only run in the winter when the air quality is good, or when I have time to get above the inversions. My extensive research leads me to believe more harm than good is done by running in toxic polluted inverted air. |
