It looks like the weather will be great for the race on Saturday, that's good news. I will miss being there this year but I hope my brother and all my running friends have a great race, I'll be keeping track of each of them through out the race!

Good luck to all of you!

I ran out towards Payson and I could tell I was running a little better this morning because my turn over was a lot quicker, hernia was still a bother but about the same so no worries there. After about 4 miles I had to take Ethan to school and then I came home and ran a couple more out past the Stake Center and back. Average pace was 8:43 with the last 3 in the sub 8:30 range, I finished up with some lite upper body weight training and then some push-ups. So a lot better this morning, I go to see the surgeon tomorrow about my Hernia so I hope he will set a date and then I get the darn thing fixed.

See ya tomorrow.

So I go to the surgeon today and he checks me out and says that I don't have a hernia! What The?! He seemd to think its some kind of pulled muscle. He wants me to quit running for two weeks and then see where we are at! I don't know what to think? He gave me some excersizes and stretches to do so I guess I will try that and then see how it goes. I am very frustrated right now!

Darn Doctors!

later.
