Well, my gaol was 4 miles and I was able to get there today... Not a whole lot of pain mostly just achy around the knee area and not so much in the IT band which is a good sign. I'll see how it feels in the morning and then go from there. My goal is to just ease back into it this week. My average pace was pretty darn good as well at 8:25 with a total time of 34:26, I had 2 MP miles at 8:19, 8:17, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups. It felt good getting back out there, last week was the longest week of my life.

See you tomorrow.

Pretty little hill and then back to the house all via canal road, I stretched alot on the way back just trying to alivate some of the pain and it seemed to help as it loosened up more. My average pace was slower than yesterday at 8:56 with a total time 47:11, I rolled and stretched my ITBand after the run.

See you tomorrow.

Out to Mini Gu Corner and back via canal road, samr formula as yesterday, run a mile or so and then stop and stretch out the ITBand... I was able to run a little further toward the end with out having to stretch it out. My average pace was a little better this morning at 8:38 with a totl time of 1:01:19, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.

See you tommorw.
