| Another beautiful morning run down here in good old Arizona, I felt a little better this morning, no aches and pains like Saturday just a nice steady run. I ran my regular route out on the trail and I was dodging rabbits along the way, it was kind a cool. My average pace was 8:32 with a total time of 1:00:39, now it's time to hit the hot tub for a little bit and then get some breakfast.

| This was probably my last run here in Arizona, we have to travel home tomorrow Because we will be up pretty early to get on the road, but we will see how it goes. I didn't feel as good today as yesterday, legs were a little tired and they had no get up and go but it was still a good run, it was way hotter today and its suppose to get up into the mid 90's today so it should be a warm one. My average pace was 8:34 with a total time of 52:17, overall it was a pretty good run my body is probably not use to running two days in a row! HAHA!

| 12 hour ride home from Arizona, so there was no running today! I am so Darn tired! That was one long ride.

| I walked 18 holes at Hobble Creek Golf Course today and carried my clubs, it was a good workout.

| I was up at 7:30am and then I was out the door, the plan was to run 7 miles and just put the time in. I ran out past Mini GU and then up Power house road for a half mile and then turned for home. I ran into my Brother Curtis and we chatted for a minute. I felt okay at times and then not so great at times but it was a good run none the less and I was glad to get out. My average pace was 8:26 with a total time of 1:00:50, I had one sub 8 minute mile in the middle of the run so I am counting that as a MP mile. I have decided to try and formulate a plan that will get me motivated again, I have been lacking in that category for a while now and I need to get my butt going again. I just don't know what that is yet, maybe a race or something like that.
