Another beautiful morning run down here in good old Arizona, I felt a little better this morning, no aches and pains like Saturday just a nice steady run. I ran my regular route out on the trail and I was dodging rabbits along the way, it was kind a cool. My average pace was 8:32 with a total time of 1:00:39, now it's time to hit the hot tub for a little bit and then get some breakfast.
