Payson Canyon. I'm feeling a little sick today. No energy and just feel weak overall. My average pace was 7:39 with a total time of 1:02:11. MP miles were 7:32, 7:33, 7:40, 7:27, 7:39, 7:28, 7:31. Slower than last week but still nor to bad considering I'm not feeling well. Upper body weights and some pushups to finish up.
