I ran out to the riverbottoms and back, my first 4 miles were strange as my legs felt really strong but the pace was way slow, but then the last 6 miles were all sub 8:30 with my last mile at 7:54... Pretty darn good and I am really pleased with my progress. My average pace was 8:35 with a total time of 1:27:14, I finished up with some upper body weight training an then some push-ups. Good week and a great end to the week.
