Tried out my new A5's today. They feel light and super peppy. Kinda snug in the toebox, so no long distances or hilly runs, but great for flat and fast. Ran to liberty park for some :30 repeats with walk breaks.
2 warm, 8 x :30 @ 5:00 - 4:45 pace w/ 1:45 walk break, 2 cool + pull ups/push ups
