Long-Term Running Goals: Run a 5k under 18:00 Personal: Have been active my whole life, but turned my focus to running in 2006 after deciding to run a marathon. I really enjoy the training aspect and staying healthy, but mileage has been on the decline over the past 3 years due to work commitments, so focus has turned away from races and more on just staying fit enough to still enjoy getting out. | AM Ran thru the neighborhood and back on 100S, then took Griffin on his loop. 4, no watch 3PM 1 hour walk with Griffin @ the Provo river. There's a ton of trails that have been packed down in the snow, so I'm gonna try to borrow some yaktrax and run on them.

| AM Ran to the river trail then slipped on some Micro-Spikes a friend at work let me borrow and ran on the packed down snow. Pretty awesome being out in the snowy fields along the river. The spikes are pretty sweet, a little heavy, but really good traction in the snow. Overall I think I'd rather just ski and save the running for the roads/dirt/track. 3.5, no watch
