AM Took the short route to the gym, ten did a warm up before a bunch of drills & plyometrics. 2.5 warm, 2 sets of butt kicks, high knee marching, bounding & carioca w/ a stride between each, 1 set high jump, speed skater, jump squats, burpees, forward & reverse lunges & single leg squats. .5 back to work
