AM 10:00 running in place, 2 sets of each: jumping jacks/tri curl, ski hop/shoulder press, jumping lunge/bi curl, burpee/reverse leg lift, jump squat/45 lb carry, 10:00 running in place PM 40:00 walk with the dog. Kinda lame to put this up, but it helped blood flow to the legs. I'll probably do a long walk tomorrow as well : )
