Today I actually went to Bills workout! So we met up at the track and did a mile warm up and a mile of speed changes. Susannah and Ben came to the workout so it was fun to talk to them during the workout. So the workout was 3 timed miles but to watch my shins because I have not done speed for 3 weeks roughly so I only did 800s. My time for the first one was 2:50, then my times went like this, 2:41, and 3:22. I really pushed on the first 2 so I was really dead for the last one. I decided to stick with Caden and push with him. In between each of the reps, we did a lap recovery. Then Caden and I did a 1.3 mile cooldown to get an even 5 for the day. I would put my Garmin Links on but my Garmin is being way weird. When I got home I did my 3 sets of weighted arm swings, weighed calf raises, and wall sits. |
