Today we had a track workout. We started at the school, ran up to the track. Then we did 2 miles of dynamic stretching. So the first lap was high knees, but kicks, skippy thing, skips, 2 laps of grape vine and a lap of standing on the toes. Then we went over to the hill and did 10 hills starting at half court. Then Caden and I went on a cooldown till we got to 5 miles around Sunnyside park. |
