At night time I went and did the I street run again. It felt really good today because I can feel that my legs are getting stronger so I can do more and go faster. I went faster today because A. it was getting dark and im not allowed to run at night when it is dark outside and B. becasue I kept running into people that I know and when I see people that I know I seem to go a ton faster. I like this run because it does a ton for me. It makes me faster and stronger while it makes my endurance better at the same time all in a 5k run. |

| | Today at 7:30 I had a XC practice at liberty and all we did was 3 miles. We did only this because we all have a race tomorrow and our coach Bill wanted our legs rested and ready for the race so that we can race better and get as good a time as we possibly can. I liked the run but I hate liberty. The park seems so big to me and it seems that it never ends. My leg started hurting on the second lap so I had to stop and stretch it out which made it feel better but then everytime I started to go a bit faster it started to hurt again and I dont want to further my injury so I just went at the slow pace. I need to do more flat courses becasue im good at hills but not very good at flat surfaces. |

Freedom Half Marathon (3.1 Miles) 00:23:59, Place overall: 7, Place in age division: 2 | | On saturday I ran the freedom half marathon and 5K. I thought the whole time that I won my age division because I got a medal for winning my age division but I actually got 2nd says the results on the website. I got 15th overall out of everyrunner and I was the youngest runner out of the top 50 people. I had a good pace but I should of gone faster and stayed with suzzette. I liked the race but it seemed really long while running through the canyons. I need to work on canyon running because it seems really hard to me. |

Today at 7:15 I went to another XC practice and we did the cemetary run. I was supposed to do the full 7 but my leg started acting up around the streets so stopped and stretched it out and it felt a ton better. I lost susannah and natalie and suzzette who i was running with so I went up and found myself at del taco. I went back and saw abigail and becca so I decided to run with them. We got lost but ended up doing six miles just by weaving in and out of streets trying to find the cemetary. I went faster at the end because I felt that we were going to slow and I knew where we were then so I just went faster and finnished. My finnish pace was what I should of done the whole time because it felt really good. I can tell that i am very much improving. |

| | Today at 7:15 in the morning I went to my XC practice and we did the JCC trail run behind the JCC swimming pool. I had a ton of pain going up there so I decided to take it slow going up then get faster to a good time on the way back. The more I run on my leg it hurts at the start of the run but towards the end of the run it starts to feel really good like I need to go slow at the biginning for a warmup then get progressivcly faster. I like the trail and I think I should push harder on them because trails are my biggest weakness. I suck at them so much. I am good at hills but not at trails. I need to start to push a ton more on the trails. So I can stay with the faster people on everything. |

At 7:15 I had a XC practice and we did Js. Those are we sprint about 200 meters then slow jog the other 200 meters. I felt so horrible during them. Either my legs arent used to speed anymore or something is up again. It was my phemere that ws hurting so I stopped and stretched it out a ton. After that I went and did the I street run with my parents and I felt really good while doing that. I loved it. I can tell that it is working because im getting faster at it and my legs are getting stronger. |

| | Today at 8:00 in the morning I slept in so I couldnt go to XC practice so I went on my own run for 4 miles at a good happy pace not to fast but not to slow. At about a 7:30 pace just as a guess. I liked the run because I got some hills in but not to many and so good flat which felt really good on my legs. After that I had track practice so I went to that and I did two miles of speed with tomy which also felt really good. We were doing some stuff to work on form and speed for the mile. Overall today was a good running day even though I slept in. |

| | At night my XC team had the slurpee run with the team from Illinois. I liked the run and eating the slurpee while your running, its really fun. The team from illinois didnt talk much until after the run because they didnt know us at all but after the run i guess they knew us a bit more because they were talking to us a whole lot more. When I was running it I got lost a whole ton while trying to find all of the seven elevans, overall the begginning was good then the end i was feeling really sick and my stomach was really hurting. |

| | Today my XC team was running at the bike and run pavilion place up millcreek canyon. I hated this trail so much. My legs were killing me and it was really hard to do. I need to work really hard on those because the trail runs are my biggest weakness so i need to push the hardest on those. Today i was pushing it pretty hard and i liked the pace we were going. My legs kept hurting on the downhill I dont know why but they were. I almost fell off the side of the mountain coming down on the switchbacks and the thing that saved me was a tree so once again a tree helps me out when im about to die. |

I missed XC today so I went on my own run around my neighborhood and I went seven miles. It felt good to just get out and go running without worrieing about anything that slows you down |

| | I did the cemetary loop with my XC team today and some hills today. I didnt like it cause My knee was killng me to the point that I couldnt walk on the curb because it used to much muscle. It was a horrible day today |
