I did the cemetary loop with my XC team today and some hills today. I didnt like it cause My knee was killng me to the point that I couldnt walk on the curb because it used to much muscle. It was a horrible day today

You slacker, not showing up to practice today because you thought it was going to rain, but it was nice. We ran through sprinklers!!! We also went on a roller coaster 10 times! You better come to practice.
