| | today at XC practice we went to puke hill. It wasnt that bad but it was just really windy. the wind knocked me over and it hurt really bad. I was numb that whole run so I dont know if my legs were hurting or not. Overall it wasnt a bad run it was just a cold cold cold workout haha |

| | I got home from camp tuttle and I went to steiner. I did 13 so I could finnish it out for my 60 miles this week. I liked the run overall because it felt nice to run again and I was way sore though. I was sore from camp tuttle becaue we were doing things that worked your legs a whole ton. I liked to be able to run though it felt nice |

today at XC practice we did 7.5 miles and it was hard because we did 400s and hills at the same time. I liked the hills because they dont hurt my legs like down hills do. My knee was killing me all day today so I was going slower. I dont know why its hurting but oh well i need to push through it. overall it was a strong day. After XC i went to steiner and did 2.5 miles so i could finnish out the 10 miles today. I liked it |

| | I couldnt go to my XC practice today because we are haveing a ton of car troubles so I decided to go to Steiner and run there so I ran 8.5 miles there and then I ran home from steiner which was another 1.5 miles. I liked today because i got my entire run done really early in the morning it felt good |

today i went to my XC practice over at wheeler farm. We did 4 800s while timing them. We were supposed to get faster or stay at the same time of all of them. I got slower on the second one but then i got faster on the third by 13 seconds and on the last one i got faster by 4 seconds. then we did a 2 mile warmup and a 2 mile cool down. After XC workout i went to steiner and ran on the treadmill for an extra two miles and it was fun because i saw a lot of people there that i havnt seen in a long time |

| | Today at XC we did the flag pole run. ME and abigail go lost on a few of the streets and we ended up doing a bit more hills than we were supposed to but it was all for the best. I liked todays run a lot even though we could not find the drinking fountain at all at the flag pole. After XC practice i went to steiner and i ran 2 extra miles to finnish out to ten for today. I liked it because i took them nice and easy because my legs were sore and stiff from todays workout earlier that day. overall today was a nice and comfortable day for me |

| | Today i didnt go to XC practice but i went on my own run. I went to sugarhouse park and did a grass lap around that then I went to the cemetary run and did 2 laps around that and then just came back. It was a good run but hard becasue of the heat. The heat just drained the energy right out of me towards the end but untill i got past the cemetary i was doing pretty well |

| | Today I went on a run on my own and I went up the canyon. I went 3.5 miles up the canyon because i live 1.5 miles away from the start of it so i went 5 miles out and then just came back so I did 10 today just to finnish out my weekly miles. I liked this run a lot but it was hard going up the canyon. Coming back down was a lot of fun though haha |

| | Today I ran to steiner which is 1.5 miles from my house. then i did 10 on the treadmill every other mile i would go uphill then go back to flat when the mile ended. It was nice because the flat was like a recovery then i could push on the uphill. It was a good strategy for today. Then i did a 1.5 mile cooldown by running home from steiner. |

| | On my own I went seven miles. I went at a slow pace just so I could loosen up my legs for the school workouts |

| | At school at XC workout we did fartlick. It was ok just really hot. The heat was draining my energy really bad. It sucked. Overall the day was a pretty bad day. After that I went on my own for 2 miles so i can get 10 for that day |

| | At XC practice I had to leave early so I did 2.5 there then I had to go to peer court so After peer court i went 7.5 so i could get ten for that day. It was really nice because after peer court it was really cool |

| | At XC practice we did 8 miles of a workout. We did 3 one mile repeats, on those repeats my times were really bad. My first mile was 7.09 then 7.18 then my couch had me do a 800 instead of a mile and my time was 3.19 which is also really bad. After taht workout i went 2 while it was raining. It felt realy nice |

| | Today i went to Rjs grandpas house and after that I went on a run. I actually did go on a run even though I was not planning on it. i went three miles and they were nice even though my legs were tired because of the pool. I had to push becasue it was dark and i dont like running in the dark while i am alone |
