Met at the HHS track for a speed workout. I started with a 6 lap warm up then 2 laps of J's. Stretched, soaked our heads, and heard the workout. It was 4x400, 400 recovery, 1200 and 400, 400 recovery, 1 all out 400. 400's went 85, 80, 80, 80. I then ran to the bathroom and missed most of the 1200 so I did the last lap with Danny. We ran 79. Lap recovery. We finished the workout with an all out 400 in 69. cooled down until 5 miles. 4 days until ECUADOR! |
