| | First workout back with the guys. We did an outer loop at SHP then I did another lap and called it a day. I can tell that I have been really sick.

| | Inner lap warm up at SHP. The workout was 200, 400, 800, 400, 200 doing inner laps in the park with 100 meters recover after each. Felt good but felt very tired. Did a mile cooldown.

| | Met up with Levi and Danny at SHP for a run. We started inside the park and ran to 21st south and along 15th east until 9th south. Stopped and stretched for a couple minutes then we came back. Hit the drinking fountain on the way back. Good run, hopefully the endurance and breathing is slowly coming back.

| | 3 mile loop around my house. Did my core and leg weights when I got home. I am feeling very refreshed.

| | Met up with Danny and Levi at SHP for a longer run. We ran up to 17th east, over to 27th south and up to Tanner park and took the trail along the freeway. We took the trail the entire way to foothill and took foothill until 21st south. Ran down 21st south and back to the park. This is my longest run in a LONG time and it absolutely killed me. I was alright for the first like 5.5 miles, then I was dying... I was running downhill and doing miles slower than 9 minute pace.... My breathing is slowly coming along, just not fast enough.

| | Met up with Levi, Danny, and Billy. We did a lap warm up and stretched. The workout was 200, 400, 400, 800, 400, 200 with 100 recovery. We did this inside the park. I was feeling a bit better than yesterday. Then we finished the lap as a coolown. Did my core and weights when I got home.

| | Annual trail run with Suzette. We met at the base of City Creek Canyon and ran 2 out and back. Felt really good. My fitness is coming along.
