Tonight I met up with Larry and Ida for a track workout... I was dead! We did about a mile and a half warm up, then 4 long strides. The workout was a ladder 200, 400, 800, 400, 200 with 1 minute recovery after the 200's and 400's and 2 minutes recovery after the 800. I was supposed to hit 36 for the 200s, 80 for the 400 and 2:40-2:50 for the 800. I went 37, 81, 2:57, 81, 34. I was slow on everything except the last 200 but that is all probably because of my lack of mileage and trying to get back into shape. Then we did a mile cooldown on the track.
