| | This afternoon right before the super bowl I went over to sugarhosue park and did 3 laps. Felt good, I started out pretty slow first mile being around 8:20 then brought it down to average at 7:38. Came home and tried doing my homework during the super bowl.. That didn't happen.

| | AM: 5 miles around the medical school and medical campus, on the snowy trails, up JCC and around there before my FIRST HEART SURGERY! I LOVE BEING PREMED!
PM: Ran down to Sugrhaouse Park then did a lap of 1on 1off lightpoles and finished out another lap then did my last mile to get to 5. Good workout, now time to STUDY A TON!

| | No homework today! I took a break from homework and decided to just watch the olympics, get my Valentines ready for my 4th and 2nd graders tomorow and Run. I did a mile warm up, strides which got me to 1.5. Then a lap of 2x1 lightpoles. Then another lap then my mom came and got me because it started hailing and pouring rain on me so I finished the last 3 miles on the treadmill. I am getting back in shape slowly.

| | As I was driving around SHP I saw Sarah Sargent so I ran a 2 mile warm up with her catching up and stuff. That was awesome to catch up with her again! Then I broke off, did my 8 strides, and stretched and started the workout. It was 5x400 around the park. Easy workout, glad it is over though. Then I ran a short cooldown because I had a Valentines reservation in 20 minutes!!!

| | I was going to go 6 but I started at 5 and I had a dinner date at 6 so I will go 3 after dinner...
After Olive Garden I ate way to much and I feel sick.... Crap! Oh well I guess I will just catch up on mileage later in the week...... Did my US History reading and took my quiz though and got that done. I got 10/10:) YAY for online quizzes.

| | I have had this cough now for a week and it sucks..... I ran down to sugarhouse park and did a lap around. Then I did a lap of 1x1 lightpoles but everytime I sped up I had to cough really bad and I couldn't breathe. By the time I finished that lap I had my mom pick me up and I just came home and biked and took it easy. Hopefully I am feeling better tomorrow. Being sick SUCKS!

| | That was really hard! I went to SHP and did a mile of the state course warm up and I could hardly breathe. I started really coughing hard and getting all mucuousy while running. After that mile I stretched and cought my breathe and then did 4 strides. Then I did a lap of 2x1 lightpoles and by the end I was basically holding my breath. It was just miserable. Then I did a little over a mile cooldown. i dont think I will hit my mileage for the week. :( I hate being sick!

| | 6 miles on the treadmill at the fieldhouse. My knee hurt during this run, I don't know if this is the shoes or I need to worry about it. I finished the workout but at a slow pace. Came home and had a protein shake and watched more of the Olympics:)

| | Drove over to the East High track to do a light workout. I did a mile warm up then 4 strides. The workout was 2x200, 400, 2x200. My times went 37, 37, 79, 36, 35. I hit my times exactly for each rep. This is the first track workout since October so I think I did pretty well.. Then I stretched and did a lap then did 3x1 minute wall sits and then finished out till 4 miles cooldown. My legs were so dead during that cooldown because of the wall sits! Now I am watching the Tania Harding and Nancy Kerrigan drama on the Olympics..... That is so intense!

| | AM: P90X was legs and back. Stretched afterwards.
PM: This afternoon after math I went over to the fieldhouse to run a little bit before I head up to Provo! HAPPY BIRTHDAY ABIGAIL! I did 2.5 on the treadmill then I went up stairs and ran the rest on the track going the opposite direction then I stretched. I saw so many people at the fieldhouse today from East! Ian Pradhan, Mat Sperry, and Milan....... Really weird to see them! Especially Milan who still goes to East! I have seen him on campus twice in two weeks!

| | After I went to the doctors I decided to go running. I did a mile warm up backwards on the HHS track then I did a half mile of J's. By the end I was coughing hard core, coughing crap up and barely could breathe.... I was pulled out. Did a run instead of the speed. Cooled down until 6 around the track and the park because it was still light out:)

| | Three miles on the treadmill while watching Yu Gi Oh! I LOVE YU GI OH! BEST SHOW EVER!!! On the running side though, as soon as I got on the treadmill after about a mile, my breathing got constantly worse and kept coughing stuff up and it kept blocking my airway. What happened yesterday happened today but at a more severe level. I am so sick of this! My doctor called with the results from yesterday, (they couldn't do the tests while I was there because the power was off at the Doctors office... AWKWARD!) but they said I have bronchitis so they gave me an antibiotic that will hopefully get rid of this stupid illness! Any suggestions on getting a good run in with this cough without coughing up a lung? Now it is time to watch the new Grey's Anatomy! FINALLY!

| | Met up with Larry this afternoon then I went up to the HHS track. Did a mile warm up then 2 laps of J's. My breathing was a bit better this afternoon so maybe this antibiotic is getting better.... Who knows! Then I ran a lap with Larry and finished out doing outlaps on my own. 7:50 average.
