Drove over to the East High track to do a light workout. I did a mile warm up then 4 strides. The workout was 2x200, 400, 2x200. My times went 37, 37, 79, 36, 35. I hit my times exactly for each rep. This is the first track workout since October so I think I did pretty well.. Then I stretched and did a lap then did 3x1 minute wall sits and then finished out till 4 miles cooldown. My legs were so dead during that cooldown because of the wall sits! Now I am watching the Tania Harding and Nancy Kerrigan drama on the Olympics..... That is so intense!
