AM: in P90X we did a mile, well actually we ran 3 laps around the gym after every interval and we did that 5 times.
PM: Mile warm up, then mile of speedchanges around the park. Then ran a lap of 2x1 lightpoles then cooled down until 9 miles. I was exhausted. I am not sure why I am slacking off this week, I havn't been studying just doing my normal homeowrk.... WEIRD. I know this week I will be studying a lot because I have 2 midterms next week and one the following week. yay for college.
