Today at 7:30 I had a XC practice at liberty and all we did was 3 miles. We did only this because we all have a race tomorrow and our coach Bill wanted our legs rested and ready for the race so that we can race better and get as good a time as we possibly can. I liked the run but I hate liberty. The park seems so big to me and it seems that it never ends. My leg started hurting on the second lap so I had to stop and stretch it out which made it feel better but then everytime I started to go a bit faster it started to hurt again and I dont want to further my injury so I just went at the slow pace. I need to do more flat courses becasue im good at hills but not very good at flat surfaces. |
