This morning I woke up really really early and got my run done. I did a mile warm up, then 2 800s and 2 400s with equal recovery. Then I did a half mile at the track after the last 400 and then I jogged home. PM: I ran down to Sugarhood Park and stretched. Then I did 5 laps of J's then I heard the workout. I did 3 200s at a pretty consistent pace of 33, 33, 32. I jogged across the field for recovery but they were continuous running. After the 200s I did a little over a mile cooldown and called it a good day. I was warned about tomorrow's workout............ :( |
