Today at 7:15 in the morning I went to my XC practice and we did the JCC trail run behind the JCC swimming pool. I had a ton of pain going up there so I decided to take it slow going up then get faster to a good time on the way back. The more I run on my leg it hurts at the start of the run but towards the end of the run it starts to feel really good like I need to go slow at the biginning for a warmup then get progressivcly faster. I like the trail and I think I should push harder on them because trails are my biggest weakness. I suck at them so much. I am good at hills but not at trails. I need to start to push a ton more on the trails. So I can stay with the faster people on everything. |
