At 7:15 I had a XC practice and we did Js. Those are we sprint about 200 meters then slow jog the other 200 meters. I felt so horrible during them. Either my legs arent used to speed anymore or something is up again. It was my phemere that ws hurting so I stopped and stretched it out a ton. After that I went and did the I street run with my parents and I felt really good while doing that. I loved it. I can tell that it is working because im getting faster at it and my legs are getting stronger. |
