Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Ran a 2 minute progression with the kids from Butterfield to JuniperCrest and back via Emmeline. 7:53, 7:19, 6:50, 6:18, not bad, then 6:02 last mile. Last one is tougher. Cooled down a mile 7:45 with Keatyn and Jacob.

Nice mornng, but a bit humid, especially during the run. No legs today, which I figured. actually got passed by 3 people in the middle of the race, two of them in my age. Slow 10k for me, but still fun, ad it was good to get Jaren through a 10k.
