Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Ran up Butterfield 2 miles with Greg. The calf wasn't too bad, but on the way down about .7 in it started to crank and I was able to jog another .3 and then had Greg pick me up. Bummer! Calf is pretty wrecked and I was hoping it was getting better. 8:21 ave
Ran 2 miles up Yellow Fork and back. The calf was super tight and sore the whole way, but especially down. Now I can't walk! Probably shouldn't have run, but I was hoping it might lossen up. 8:36 ave, 9:35 ave up.
