Sent the kids on a loop from Butterfield Park and Greg and I went the opposite way 2 out and 2 back so we could see the new kids trying to walk twice.  I was feeling fine until about .3 to go and all of the sudden my right calf seized and was burning.  Not sure what happened, but it was hard to finish and it is stiff and sore now.  7:35 ave.

Ran an easy careful 2 miles up to Butterfield Park to watch the kids compete in the trail 10k.   Not bad going out, but I could feel it pretty good coming back.   7:57 ave
