I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Ran this morning around the Cove Pond and out to Main and back. Last mile was 5:51, sub 6:30s for mile 8 and 9. Hammy was sore, sore I was careful. Beautiful morning! 7:11 ave.
Ran to The trailhead by Buuterfield Park and did 4 repeats up Little Bradshaw. It was hot today and I am a lot weaker than I thought. I could barely do 4 times and then my legs were 40 lbs aeach running home. Killed me, but glad I did it. 8:23 ave for the 8 miles.
Those hills yesterday kicked my butt! I got up early and ran before school. Nice and slow out to the courts on Mirabella and back. 7:52 ave. Nice morning!
Ran the same run as Monday, and ran it very similar, but a couple seconds quicker today. Legs were beat and sore from Thursday's hills. 7:10 ave for the run and the last mile in 5:51.
