Stay fit and healthy. Run a decent Boston and St. George marathon.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep fit and stay semi-competitive as long as I can.
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Still coughing and hacking, but the run wasn't bad other than that. 7:07 ave
Same as the other day, still coughing, but ran better. 6:56 ave
Ran this morning 2.6 miles at 7:37 ave, then an out and back with Jaren at 8:15 ave for 1.5 miles
Ran 8 miles loop this morning, last mile was 6:16, 7:12 ave
Ran 2 miles with Jaren after at 8:25 ave
