7 x 500 Meter downhill intervals with 500 meter uphill recoveries with Rylie, Kami, and Taylor. We hit them all in about 1:15 which is about a :63 400 meter pace. The day was actually a nice day for a change. I will start tapering the kids a little for Region next week. 7 miles total running. 40 push ups and 50 crunches + the rumble roller after.
