I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Ran for a mile and the calf was fine. Decided to try for 1.5 out and bac. Made it 1.4 and calf locked up again. Super frustrating! I can't even run and Boston is in 1 week. Walked home before the snow hit. 8:22 ave
