Haven't been well the last week and haven't got much sleep.  I went out today and ran off a little stress though in some clean fresh air finally.  It was way warmer too.  4 miles at 7:01 pace felt good.

Ran out to Fort Herriman and back.  40 degrees out and fresh air beats the heck out 5 degrees and bad air!  I am super tired because I got to bed at 3:00am and got up at 6:00am.  3 hours of sleep on top of my last week is no good.  Hope I don't get sick.  6:57 pace for the run with the last mile in 5:56, good for me right now.

Started P90X two days ago.  I have had it for years now, but never done the program.  I figure it will be good cross training, when I get over the soreness!:)
