Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
I am having some adductor and groin problems on my right side. Friday's run did me in for a couple of days. I lifted my upper body at the Rec Center this evening instead of running.
Ran with Derrek, Alex, and Ashlyn today. Chilly, but not as bad as the past two days. We averaged just over 7:30 pace for the run. I ran 8 miles in 1:00:25. I can tell that My groin and adductor will be sore tomorrow.
