Ran up Butterfield again.  The melt from the weekend left a lot of ice and most bare road that apeared had black ice.  From 2 miles up it was deep snow, and a real calf burner the last mile.  1:00:10 for the 7 miles.

Met the kids half way between home and Monarch.  Then ran up to the Cove Ppnd and back.  We did a half mile of tempo on the way back, a half mile of recover, and a mile of tempo.  The last 1.5 was normal pace.  It felt good and weird, and hurt to run fast.  Been a while.  7:08 ave for the run.  Last 4 miles were under 6:40.

Austyn was the only one that showed up this morning so I had a good run with him.  We went up the ttrail and private road and down 6400 W and 13400 South.  We did 1.5 miles of tempo on 13400 S and went easy the last half mile.  5:49 and then a 2:52.  36:05 for the run.
